[RN43] RECONNECT/DISCONNECT Trans-seasonal 21

Adaptation and survival are governing principles informing the design and making of the collection RECONNECT/DISCONNECT. Recently, experiencing and witnessing how we have adapted to the Covid19 pandemic, it has caused me to reflect on the implications for street culture and how it may evolve in terms of the health and economic crisis we are currently facing.

Ideas governing the designs are speculative, projecting forward into possible social scenarios that require us to adapt more substantially to the on-going reverberations of the pandemic and the socio-ecological conditions that led to its spread.
