Her experience spans 25 years of commercial and criminal litigation; 13 years as an adjudicator, mediator and arbitrator aimed at providing parties with cost-efficient ways to avoid courtroom disputes; and 15 years of governance experience across a diverse range of boards.
During her executive level role as Chief Prosecutor and Chief Legal advisor for the Serious Fraud Office, Anita investigated and prosecuted over 300 cases of financial crime and fraud. As a result, she has an excellent understanding of the workings of government, a strong focus on audit, risk and compliance, and experience with creating value in businesses in an ethical and compliant manner.
