Balfour Road
Whitecliffe College of Art and Design is located in a modern facility on
Balfour Rd, Parnell, that includes studios, library, darkrooms, lighting
studio, seminar rooms, student common room, lecture hall and our administration
offices.
High ceilings mean each first year studio has a high amount of natural
sunlight, making them ideal not just for daily classes but also for exhibitions
of work.
Students have just a five minute walk to the Parnell Rose Gardens and ten to
the The Strand. Whitecliffe operates on three floors of the Balfour Road
building, currently shared with Industrial Research.

St George's Bay Road Studios & Pearce Gallery
Our St George's Bay Road Studios & Pearce Gallery are just 3 minutes
walk from the Balfour Road building. This spacious building houses studio
spaces for students in the Fine Arts major, as well as a dedicated computer lab
for Year 4 Graphic Design students.
The Pearce Gallery, located at the front of the Studios, is available for
internal and external exhibitions. Contact Matt Ellwood, Gallery Co-ordinator,
